COMING TO FOUND FESTIVAL 2024
July 4-7, 2024

Geoffrey loves looking for four leaf clovers. Come look for them with him and attune your focus to the intricate world that lives under our feet. Featuring special musical guests ghostcars (Saturday) and Bigfin Squid (Sunday).

About the Artist: Geoffrey Simon Brown is an award-winning Albertan theatre maker as well as an amateur gardener and visual artist. A long time Found Festival fanboy, this will be his first time as an artist in the festival since his play, Air, was performed in a living room in 2015. When he is not on a clover hunt, he co-runs the Major Matt Mason Collective where he has produced small-scale independent theatre for the past thirteen years. Through the company’s Wildfire National Playwriting Competition and Development Unit, he has helped to support dozens of new Canadian plays alongside his collaborator Evan Medd. Elsewhere in the festival you can catch him acting in the world premiere of Brick Shithouse by Ashleigh Hicks. He has found hundreds of four leaf clovers in his lifetime.
