Did you know: Common Ground Arts Society makes new platforms for development projects and productions with opportunities for over 200 artists, arts workers, and volunteers per year! Our investments in artists and arts workers totalled over $160,000.00 in 2023.
As a registered charity, Common Ground relies on the support of donors and members to continue growing our investments in artists here at home and across Canada. We envision an arts community in Edmonton where historical barriers and exclusions are replaced with a diverse artistic landscape, fostering a community that thrives on creative risk and ambitious storytelling. Through RISER and Found Festival, we work to welcome underrepresented ideas, stories, communities, styles — whatever we haven’t seen before, we want you to see here.
